This person would listen to music like rap or dubstep and not mainstream music which would be in the top 10.
They would buy my magazine because they would be interested in the gig dates that my magazine would have included in and they would also be interested in new artists/bands that have been discovered and would want to know what kind of music they play and find out if they are interested in it.
